At Monkey Metal, we stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Standard Products  
Any non-custom item purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and not excessively used or damaged.

Custom Orders  
All custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Each custom piece is built specifically to your request, so we cannot accept returns on these items.

Return Process  
To start a return, contact us with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Monkey Metal reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
